Refund & Cancellation Policy

01 Annual Subscriptions

All annual subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. Clients may cancel an annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• The subscription will remain active until the end of the current annual billing period
• No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

This applies to all annual hosting, maintenance, or service plans billed on a yearly basis.

02 Monthly Hosting & Ongoing Services

Monthly hosting and ongoing service subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. If you choose to cancel a monthly subscription:

• Cancellation may be requested at any time
• Services will continue through the end of the current paid billing period
• No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the current month once payment has been processed

03 One-Time Services & Setup Fees

All one-time services, including but not limited to:

• Website builds
• Setup fees
• Migrations
• Custom development
• Consulting services

are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun or payment has been processed.

Due to the time, labor, and resources allocated immediately after purchase, no refunds will be issued for one-time services.

04 Discounted & Promotional Pricing

Any discounted pricing or promotional offers must be applied before purchase. Once a transaction is completed, discounts cannot be retroactively applied.

05 Questions or Changes
